Facility Introduction

The following are some of the specialized equipment we use in our production process.

Tooling & Prototyping Department

Our facility boasts a comprehensive setup designed for precise and efficient tooling production, featuring 16 high-performance milling machines, 4 advanced grinding machines, 2 versatile lathes, and 1 precision drilling machine. Additionally, we have 6 Electrical Discharge Machines (EDM) for intricate machining, along with 8 CNC machines that offer high automation and precision. For intricate shaping and cutting, we operate 3 wire cutting machines and 1 punching machine. Furthermore, our advanced 3D printing capabilities allow for rapid prototyping and complex design production, ensuring a high level of accuracy and flexibility across all tooling processes. This extensive array of equipment enhances our capacity to meet diverse manufacturing requirements with exceptional quality and efficiency.

Injection Molding Department

We have significantly expanded our injection molding capabilities with the launch of a new, advanced dust-free injection molding department, further enhancing our production capacity. This addition increases the total number of injection molding machines to 82, all of which are equipped with robotic arms for improved efficiency, precision, and automation. These advanced robotic systems ensure consistent high-quality production while reducing human error and optimizing workflows. With this expansion, we now operate two state-of-the-art injection molding departments in-house, providing us with even greater flexibility and capability to meet the growing demands of our clients.

BLOW MOLDING Department

A total of 6 machines are available, with capacities ranging from 1.8L to 10.0L, offering a broad range of production options to meet diverse manufacturing needs. These machines include two 1.8L models, as well as additional machines with capacities of 2.0L, 2.5L, 5.0L, and 10.0L, each designed for specific applications. With their flexible design, these machines are highly versatile, able to handle a wide variety of blow molding tasks with precision. Their robust construction ensures high efficiency in production, while their range of sizes caters to different product specifications and requirements, enhancing overall operational flexibility and productivity.

Painting & Spraying Department

The production facility includes a total of 68 paint spraying positions, ensuring comprehensive coverage for various finishing needs. Among these, 29 are equipped with automatic spraying machines, which provide precision and consistency in the application of paint. In addition, there are 2 freehand spraying machines that offer flexibility for more intricate and detailed work. To complete the process, a dedicated single paint drying line is in place, designed to efficiently dry the painted products while maintaining high-quality standards. This combination of advanced equipment ensures both efficiency and superior finishing results for all painted products.

Pad Printing & Decoration Department

Our specialized machines are meticulously designed to handle precise and detailed printing on irregular, curved, or uneven surfaces, ensuring superior quality and durability in every print. These machines utilize advanced technologies to achieve exceptional accuracy and consistency, even on complex shapes and contours. The results are not only visually striking but also highly durable, with prints that resist fading, wear, and damage over time. This capability allows us to deliver products with intricate designs and long-lasting finishes, meeting the highest standards of quality for a wide range of applications.

Sewing & Fabric Processing Department

Our Sewing Department is dedicated to the production of plastic toy components. Equipped with professional sewing machines, fabric cutting equipment, embroidery systems, and stuffing workstations, the department is designed to ensure consistent craftsmanship, precise stitching, and reliable product quality. From fabric preparation and pattern cutting to sewing, embroidery, stuffing, and final finishing, every process is carefully managed to maintain high standards of durability, appearance, and safety. This integrated production capability enables us to efficiently support a wide range of custom plush toy and fabric product projects while meeting international quality requirements.

Assembly & Packaging Department

Our production facility consists of 4 specialized departments, including 3 state-of-the-art dust-free clean rooms, each dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and product quality. These clean rooms are specifically designed to meet stringent food-grade requirements, providing an environment free from contaminants and ensuring that all products are manufactured under the most controlled conditions. The focus on cleanliness and precision within these departments allows us to produce items that not only comply with food safety regulations but also guarantee the safety, integrity, and quality of the end products for consumers.

Quality Control Department

Our Quality Control Department is responsible for maintaining consistent product quality and ensuring compliance with international manufacturing standards. Quality inspections are conducted throughout every stage of production, from raw material verification and process monitoring to final assembly and packaging checks. The department follows established quality management procedures to ensure product reliability, safety, and consistency across all orders. Supported by internationally recognized certifications, including ISO 9001, ICTI, BSCI, Sedex, and Disney audit requirements, we are committed to meeting the quality and compliance expectations of global brands, distributors, and promotional product buyers.
