A formal quotation will be issued by our sales team based on your inquiry, specifications, quantity, customization requirements, and agreed trade terms.

Orders are only considered accepted after KingDa issues an official Order Confirmation or Proforma Invoice (PI).

KingDa reserves the right to adjust pricing due to changes in raw material costs, labor costs, exchange rates, logistics expenses, or other market conditions.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard payment terms are:

Accepted payment methods (such as T/T bank transfer) will be specified in the Proforma Invoice.

All bank charges, transaction fees, customs duties, taxes, and related costs on the buyer’s side shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

5. 配送, Delivery & Risk

Shipping terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, etc.) will be clearly specified in the quotation and PI.

Delivery times provided by KingDa are estimated based on production schedules and logistics conditions. Delays may occur due to force majeure events, customs inspections, port congestion, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterms once goods are handed over to the carrier or cleared for export.

6. Samples & Testing

Samples may be provided for quality and compatibility evaluation, subject to agreed sample fees and freight costs.

Buyers are responsible for verifying product performance, compliance, and regulatory requirements in their local markets through appropriate testing or certification where required.

7. Warranty, Claims & Returns

KingDa provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, subject to specific product agreements.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Claims must be submitted within the agreed warranty period and supported with clear evidence (photos, videos, inspection reports, etc.).

KingDa may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue credit for confirmed defective products. This shall be the sole remedy available.

Returns must receive prior written approval. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

8. Custom Manufacturing (OEM/ODM Projects)

For OEM/ODM projects:

Intellectual property rights for custom projects shall be governed by separate signed agreements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, product designs, logos, and layout, is owned or licensed by KingDa and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from KingDa.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KingDa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from the use of this Site or products.

KingDa’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the buyer for the specific order concerned.

Any personal or business information submitted through this Site will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
